Great outdoors clothing & equipment. Only affordable during sales. Fast checkout. Great staff but avoid rush hours. Parking shared with other businesses and only adequate outside of rush hours.

Great for all/most of your outdoor needs. Great, clothing, equipment and knowledgeable staff, many with expertise in whatever your interest is. Good prices, great quality and selection. Become a member for even better discounts and dividends.

REI is pretty much always a great experience. The staff is helpful and friendly and they know what they're talking about because that is what they do when they're not working. Hike, climb, camp, ski, bike - there is a lot of wisdom there. Plus it is a pretty ethical and responsible corporation as a whole. Have to give my money to REI and get great gear and fantastic service in exchange!

REI has decent clothing & equipment and pricing is reasonable. Sales staff is not typically very knowledgeable and are thinly staffed so don't expect much help. Do your research before going to store. Sizes in shoes /boots tend to be a bit limited, if you need wide sizes, you will need to buy online as they do not typically carry wide sizes in stores. I've gone to REI for many years and it isn't the store it once was, primarily because they don't seem able to retain their knowledgeable sales staff.

Very good recreation equipment store. I like their own brand clothing.
