Reliable Towing

Was involved in an accident, car was towed. First communication I received from the Spokane branch of their office was at the five day mark, when the car was to be sold to the highest bidder. Phone number listed on the form was not associated with any "Reliable Towing" office, so I contacted the main office after a brief Google search and confirmed that this company was, in fact, the correct company. During the conversation, I asked to have the name on the account changed from my father, who owned the car, to myself, the one that got it towed, to which the attendant said they would do. I also asked what balance the car had sold for and how much I owed, at which point whomever answered the phone said "It'll be covered by your insurance." Apparently my insurance provider, Geico, wasn't able to get in touch with Reliable Towing (faulty information seems to be the case thus far) and the account was NOT changed from my father's name, and sent promptly to a debt collector with no further contact. I'm now staring at a $900 bill, in the wrong person's name, at a debt collection agency, with no information on how that bill got to be where it is or how much the car sold for. Unless you're with the car from Point A to Point B, I would highly advise NOT using "Reliable" Towing.

We recently purchased a 2017 Subaru and the battery was dead. We called AAA and Spencer from Reliable Towing Northwest showed up. He charged our battery and while it was charging, he gave us all kinds of valuable information about the Subaru and Kootenai County. Spencer has a great attitude about life and is the friendliest AAA driver I've ever met. On time and competent; great customer service!

By far the best towing experience ever. I was told by Surperior Towing that I would have up to an hour wait and the price they gave me seemed high. Thankfully my next call was to Reliable and they told me they would be out in 20 min. and the price they gave me was a lot less! When they showed up they had a nice tow truck, handled our older diesel truck with care and was very courtious and professional. I will never use another tow company.

After our car broke down and we needed a tow, we waited over an hour in a cold car while all dying from the flu and decided to head on home thanks to AAA screwing us over once again. Reliable towing was AMAZING! They came to our house while we were sick and picked up the car keys, towed our car and brought our key back to our house! They were absolutely incredible. Thank you so much.
