Residence Inn by Marriott Monroe

I am the captain of my sports team and we stayed here for a national tournament. We booked with plenty of time in advance and requested a double room. When we arrived, not only did they book is under a single bed room, but it was one full sized bed. One of the two stars is for the amazing staff, they were all very nice and as helpful as they could be. They tried, but could not find us, a whole ski team, another room with more sleeping space. Aside from the room issue, a hold was placed on my personal account instead of the team account. I was unable to access my personal funds all weekend. After they assured me it would be remedied the next day, I found that ammount was charged to my card in addition to the team's card being charged after check out. I am still waiting on a phone call from a specific individual to fix the simple mistake. One star for the friendly staff and the other for the delicious breakfast.

The sales manager at this location is awesome. She truly go's the extra steps to make your stay a great experience. I wish everyone in the hotel business was so thoughtful and professional

Nice cozy hotel off the highway near a small plaza. The rooms are quite large, and the beds are comfy. Good quality for the price, and a great spot for those traveling.

Had a great nights stay for graduation at Residence Inn. Staff was very polite, professional, and accommodating.
