GREAT place to stay!!! VERY nice rooms. We will now only stay at a residence inn anytime we travel. The "mixers" were the best part of our stay. Who doesn't like FREE food from the grill and FREE adult beverages?! The pool was very nice and clean and they welcome you to drink poolside. ALL of the staff was very nice, friendly and most of all welcoming. Never have stayed at such an amazing hotel before.

Top Notch! The staff is very professional! Great customer service!!! Our room wasn't ready upon arrival, but Brenda and Lee took care of us during our short wait. The hotel/rooms are very clean. We walked to the Horseshoe casino and it's a very short distance from the Boardwalk. Close to everything... I love this hotel! Ashley took care of us during checkout, she is very patient and has a pleasant attitude. This is our go to spot when we visit Shreveport!

Room was not ready, staff was rude at times. Was told room was 3 hours late due to lack of towels. Horrible experience.

This is an exceptional hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff. There are wonderful amenities, i.e. well appointed suites, abundant offerings for the daily complimentary breakfast, and happy hours with delicious food and libations on Monday - Wednesday. I highly recommend the Residence Inn by Marriott in Bossier City, LA with my highest rating!

Very friendly staff. Always helpful. Rooms are spacious and nice new appliances in kitchen. Breakfast is great each day. Close to all the casinos and close to downtown Shreveport and the outlet mall.
