Great location. In the warehouse district. Please beware there is a $43.50 per night charge for valet. If you have more than 1-2 small bags you may want to use this service for the convenience. The rooms are nice size, but the bathroom is very small. Beautiful courtyard!

Great hotel located in the Central Business District. Very convenient to the conference venue. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. Comfortable bed and nice courtyard with barbecue and pool. Lots of food bars and restaurants near by, but be warned there are very few stores in the area.

What a great find. Easy access to the convention center and surrounded by a nice selection of restaurants. The real gem is the staff. So helpful, pleasant and kind. Kudos to the management team. People always make the difference and your property delivers on hospitality.

We had a clean room and it was spacious too. We had the best breakfast team. Me Trudy greeted everyone with a good morning baby or honey. She made our breakfast taste even better. I will stay in the Residence Inn from now on. Thanks. New Orleans Metairie. Go here you won't regret it.

The rooms were large and will appointed. The hotel grounds were attractive. The continental breakfast was tasty and well stocked. The hotel provided afternoon activities that were fun and festive. The location was convenient and was within walking distance from all of the New Orleans tourist spots and great shopping.
