River Garden on St. Andrew

Poorly managed. Management lies, appliances broken upon move-in even though they assure that it isFraud. Took them almost a year to fix properly. Ignores numerous complaints. Very discriminatory towards lower income units.

Unethical Management. Selectiveness with enforcing policy on certain residents. Numerous unregistered dogs including forbidden dogs per their pet policy that management is fully aware of.

I was thinking about moving here but after I read the reviews I changed my mind

It’s the worst place I have never lived in ever. Noisy and nasty. Very Bad management, they don’t take care of your complain/concern. Kids always playing outside. Not clean outside and cockroaches and all kind of insects inside. I made a mistake putting $1000 a month rent to live here. I deserve much better for that amount of money.

Great community to live in so far! Moving from out of state was stressful, however Yolanda made the move very smooth. She for sure went out of her way to make sure everything was completed and taken care of when I arrived!

DON'T STAY HERE!!! Car break ins are frequent. Security Cameras don't work, no security guards. Don't be fooled. And don't believe the reviews on their website. Bad reviews are filtered out.

Great complex always very helpful and gets back in a timely manner. I renewed my lease and don't look to be leaving any time soon
