SAD. SAD.  I have tried to get these folks to provide a manual wheelchair for 2 1/2 years!!  NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!  Two doctors have provided Rx;  their home visitor came twice to review my home-- or try to sell me something more.   I am a paraplegic, have used a manual wheelchair for 40 years.  Not rocket science.

It takes for everrrrr to answer a call. Very disorganized and not very customer service oriented. Lousy operation. I wish it was a negative rating number for this operation.

Called 2/3/18 and explained the machine had stop working, as of today 2/17/18 (2 weeks later) other than the three invoices that i received this week for the rental fee i have not heard from them. I ordered a new unit from inogen on 2/4/18 and will not be needing Roberts anymore.

Sad. They kept my wheelchair for more than 3 months, finally got it with no good services. I will never deal with them a gain.

Excellent technical service from warm hearted and extremely capable technicians.  Plan ahead so they have the time needed to diagnose wheelchair problems, order necessary parts, check and install and test them.
