I am so glad I have found this company.  I used to have to work with another company because of insurance restrictions and that company has been a nightmare to work with.  There were some hiccups here and there with Frederick Medical Supplies, mainly with figuring out the paperwork to submit to insurance.  However, all in all, Eric Stiffler has been so great with working with our son and family to get things processed and purchased.  He has always been professional, honest, courteous, and caring when working with us.  He is on top of his emails and will respond in a timely manner.  I will be going to him and Frederick Medical Supplies for all my son's future equipment needs.  Thank you!
