Family Care Home Medical Equipment

Lack of follow up on care for supplies and every year have same problem with my Medicare not being submitted thru Care Centric so the PATIENT is left handling the calls to fix the billing and paperwork issue. Never had this issue with other company. Also several times I have felt my cpap supplies are refurbished as they are kept opened bulk and handled too much since not separately packaged, sanitarily wise this concerns me.

Excellent customer service. Will go above and beyond for their patients. If they dont have it in the store, they make sure that they will order it.

Told my wife that they could order a specific brace. After weeks of back and forth, they told her they couldn't get it. Went elsewhere and had it within 10 days. Don't ever use this company for CPAP supplies. Have called twice and still not mailed out. Used to pick up supplies, but got tired of not getting the entire order at once and having to make multiple trips for something so simple.

SCAM ARTIST!!!!!! The people at Family Care, especially Larry, were rude and over charged me/people for medical devises. He yelled at me on the phone telling me that I don't know how to run a business or have a medical license. Well he doesn't either but he must think taking advantage of people is a degree. I will never do business with such a company. My doctor's office had no idea they were doing this to their patients. Now they do!

Totally unreasonable and took forever to get back to me regarding supplies. Even wanted me to come in just to give them a copy of my insurance card when i said i could email or fax. Tried to place this order almost 2 months ago and was basically told to find somewhere else.
