This company was very easy to work with and contracts with my insurance provider. They went above and beyond to assist and meet my needs. I was also pleased they had the items I needed in stock unlike other local companies. They're worth the drive from Montgomery County!

The person that assisted me, explained everything thoroughly that related to my C-PAP machine. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I would recommend people use this supplier for their medical equipment needs.

We received a medical device from this company, and I'm glad that I made the effort to find them. They are a smaller operation in Frederick, but they are organized, transparent in billing, easy to schedule with, stand behind the products that they sell, and continue to treat you like a valued customer after the sale when seeking support. The local hospital initially directed us to a larger competing medical device company in this area, but knowing people that have had terrible interactions with this company (polite sales staff, but rude and unhelpful support staff) and seeing similar negative reviews on the internet, we sought an alternative option. It's fortunate that Adams Medical provided the product and after product support that we were seeking, and I am recommending that my friends (that have had subpar experiences with the competing firm) switch to this one.

I've had a great experience with Adam Medical. They were able to take care of my nebulizer prescription right away even though my insurance takes forever to get authorizations handled as well as handle the insurance billing without any issue. I never got a sms message and whatever copay I had was what I expected and I just paid it when I got the statement. Definitely recommend Adam Medical
