Robert's said: they had sent oxygen tanks - they hadn't; I had long tubing - I don't; I'd been given certain instructions - I wasn't.  Down to last portable oxygen tank - faulty, but no replacement for 24 hours.  terrible customer service

Very ignorant customer service team .  I am returning all equipment today and I will never do business with this greedy unethical company again. One star is too generous.
