I've dealt with several dealerships over the years and this was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Our salesman, Rick, did everything possible to get us in a wonderful car that night even though we had arrived late. It was NOT the horror story associated with dealerships.

Great service, very friendly. They always explain all the options available and what repairs are recommended. Also very willing to take you wherever you need to go while they're working on your vehicle.

Update- Was contacted by someone in the office. The check came in 2 days. So I bumped up to 4 stars. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Bought my wife a 4Runner in Feb. They charged me for Madison Co. tags in the deal when I am not from Madison Co. I guess they slipped that in on me. Then I had to purchase tags from my own county. Went back a month later, and my son bought a Tacoma. They did not charge him for Madison Co. tags. When I questioned them, they got really confused and had to talk to someone "upstairs". They were supposed to take care of it. My wife was also supposed to get a "bird dog" for referring my son. Took 6 months to get that, but still have not received any info on the tags. I just gave up. Every time I go in there, I made sure to ask. They always say, "Let me run upstairs right quick." Then, nothing. Service Dept is good, but my last free oil change is right around the corner. Not sure if I will have a reason to go back.

The service center is phenomenal. We love servicing our vehicles there. The staff is very professional and really care about solving the problem. We have had especially great service from Matthew. 💯
