Best quality and prices in Tuscaloosa. I have never had any scratches there. The customer service is excellent.

Place is done rundown don't clean your vehicle like it use too. Unprofessional staff, use to have good staff. But it has went downhill very awful. Then they try and argue with you and very rude.

If you get their premium car wash, you get a free basic wash to use within the next 4 days. That is a nice perk, but be sure to bring a microfiber cloth or car drying towel with you! The rinse never fully removes all the soap suds from your car. Of course I drive an F150 but have seen the same results on small compact cars. Maybe the nozzles simply need adjusting? Either way, it is a decent place to go if you cannot physically wash your own vehicle due to heat, health, or whatever reasons, but nothing tops a good old fashioned hand washing.

Paid for the top service, and didn't clean my vehicle as good as it use too. And came out vehicle wasn't cleaned all the way and had soap all over my vehicle drying all over and spotting. So talked to attendant about it he said he could wipe.it off and smeared everything. Talked to the manager and he was very rude and said he couldn't send my vehicle back through to clean it.He denied it wouldn't even give me corporate or manager number. This young manager guy was rude and repeated his self like a broken.record and was very unprofessional.

Left a bit of soap in the crevices that had to be wiped down but a nice shine.
