I purchased a swimming pool from Royal Swimming Pools 9 years ago. The pool, had a 30 year warranty. It is now virtually useless, as is the customer service. I have complained on multiple occasions about rust problems as well as broken parts over the life span of my pool, (some within the first year of ownership) and I am always given the run around, directed to another company for warranty issues. If Royal Swimming Pools can not stand behind the products that they sell, then they should not be selling them. The most recent experience I have been told to contact the manufacturer of my pool and order each individual part in order to replace an entire pool. The warranty is prorated, so only a portion of the cost of individual parts is covered plus you get to pay for shipping. Using this method, am going to estimate that it will cost me approximately $10,000 to replace a pool that originally was valued at less than $5,000. Is it worth my time, effort or expense? I think NOT! I would give 0 stars if possible. I think my time could be used a lot more wisely by finding every outlet possible to warn others about purchasing from Royal Swimming Pools.

I don't understand the 3-1/2 star rating since as I go through the reviews most are very negative especially on customer service. That was my experience too. Although I cannot criticize the pool I received, as it was very good quality, the accessories I ordered (ladder, cleaning kit, etc.) were virtually useless. Some parts went directly to my recycle bin. They looked like toys. The customer service was also useless. They sent an unusable ladder and the rep went through excuse after excuse why it should be acceptable. The way that the warranty is written - don't ever expect satisfaction. They will find a way that it's your fault. I would not deal with this company again. Beware.

Most of the reviews I've seen hear talk about a poor customer service, however for me, the customer service I received was probably the best part of my pool kit buying experience. Having 4 different shipments and having to wait 3 weeks to get my order to my house so I could begin the project was the most aggravating part for me. The trucking company they use was also not very helpful. Overall the product seems top notch and the service was great!

I purchased an 15 by 30 oval above ground pool while the purchase process and delivery was relatively easy the pool was missing components. In order to proceed with the install I was forced to Source the missing components from a vendor in St Louis at a premium cost unfortunately. The components I did receive however did seem to be of quality. After trading a few emails I seen this was not going to be handled in a prompt and timely manner and decided to go forth with the expense of sourcing the missing components locally.

I Bought a pool from this company, I received pool from them and am missing parts. I have emailed with Jake for about 2 months for parts I have still have not received parts and get no response anymore from Jake and also have left messages with no response. I also shipped back a floor pad and doesn't even work with pool I ordered. I have not received a credit either on return. This company has very poor customer service after sale. I have half a pool, unhappy kids and summer is half over. Save yourself the aggravation stay away.
