Excellent service from the point of purchase with Dewayne to the completion. Great experience having our pool installed by Smiths Pools. Tom and Landon of the Dig Crew were fabulous. Very skilled workers. Excellent communication about the process and what to expect. Install/Set-up Crew was amazing, personable, professional and incredibly fast. Thank you again for a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable and patient. I came in unaware of closing time and the manager not only was patient with me, but was also training his employees to find things as well. After getting the part for me he also took me to a pump and showed me wgere the oring was and how to replace it. Excellent customer service.

Great employees, always know exactly what I need to get my pool levels correct! I have trouble every year..I am not a chemist or good at math.I have gone to other pool supply stores & they just sell me worthless chemicals that makes me need more chemicals, I guess because other stores just hire kids. The guy that's been working there forever (I always forget his name) but he is very smart & I drive further just to get his help! I live in Byhalia & the closest pool store just wasted my time & money! I give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
