Ruby River

Took my family. Some liked it but I didn't. Salad was good. Medium well meat had no pink at all and was a little dry. It was more like well done. Potato I didn't not like. I did not even finish it and I like potato's. You might like it but for me I will go elsewhere.

Ruby River is a delicious place to find good barque ribs and steak. Our family has hostessed four large family celebrations at Ruby River and each one has been a success. The food, service and atmosphere are delightful.

Our server Seienna was fantastic! She made our minor food complaints seem trivial. Overall the food was fantastic. I recommend the Salmon Oscar. It was delicious! Our trivial complaints....the asparagus was just slightly too tough....the saute mushrooms were flavorless and inconsistent in cook time between the 2 servings we ordered. All in all though, it was a great experience and that Salmon Oscar...just Wow!

Really cool ambiance. Great menu. Their ruby river cookie is worth trying. Occupancy is huge.

I've eaten at this place a few times and overall it's about 4 stars. Tonight was a 2 or 3 star experience however. Tonight our steaks were undercooked. We both asked for medium and both steaks were more of a rare to medium rare. Normally I'm not one to send food back but I asked them to cook the ribeye more because that was the worst of the 2 dishes we had. Our waitress was excellent and made our stay quite enjoyable. The sides and appetizers we had were excellent. The cheese fries are my favorite here. We'll come again, it's pretty pricey. The guys cooking and trimming the steaks need more practice.
