Rumbi Island Grill

Not necessarily traditional, but it was very good with a menu with many options. Prices are good when you consider the relatively large portion sizes. This particular location was very clean and the staff was great. All in all, pretty good for a chain.

Great place. Great service. Let’s just make great the theme of this review. Great bathrooms. Great music. Great vibes. My personal recommendation is the kahuna burger or the Caribbean chicken and shrimp.

My experience at Rumbi was awful. A few weeks ago we went there to try it and we were extremely disappointed. First of all, we waited 30 minutes to get out food and they gave my husband the wrong meal. It took them another 15 minutes to give him the thing he ordered. But the most disgusting part was that no one was bussing tables, so tables just had piles of dirty plates and food. To clear room to eat, people took all the gross dishes and piled them on other tables that were dedicated to the trash... it was disgusting. On top of that, the food was just mediocre. Nothing we couldn’t have made at home.

Great service, great food, and a great price. Try their gourmet fudge brownies. Also, the food is quality. Really really great food! They are only $1.50 and the best I’ve had around town. Zach was extremely friendly and brought my food out to my table. Will be back for sure!
