My wife and I had eaten here previously and loved it.  I went back today and after standing in line for a good 15 minutes, with no one ahead of me and seeing 3 teenagers standing around, a kid finally came to take my order only to say that they weren’t making what I had ordered! I am extremely disappointed in the service. It was very clear these kids did not care for customers. When I went to leave the door was even locked so I had to unlock it to get out, and this was during business hours. I would like to give this place another try in the future and can only hope they hire better employees.

I’ve always loved Rumbi’s and tonight they made my day with their excellent costumer service and delicious food!!:)

Worst experience ever took 30 minutes to get my food from dumb high school employees. Got 6 pieces of dried steak they gave me no sauce( it was to go) thry veggies werent cooked long enough. Never going back.

This restaurant was an unexpected surprise. I went in because I found a coupon, and I was delighted by the food. Portion sizes are generous, prices are good, and the food is excellent. The service was a little slow, but worth the wait. I will definitely visit again.
