Ruth's Chris Steak House - Myrtle Beach

My sister and I took my mom here for mother's day. First time for all of us. Ended up leaving having the best dinner experience and the food was phenomenal!!! Even the leftovers were just as good. Have to say, best steak I have ever had! You truly get what you pay for and I can't say I have one complaint. Thank you so much, can't wait til I go again!!! Shout out to Ryan for the awesome service and being so sweet and attentive!

Mother's Day early dinner. Restaurant wasn't crowded. We were shown a table in the middle of the dining room. I asked for a table against the wall and my request was accommodated. Drinks, appetizers, salads, dinner, and dessert were timed perfectly. Food is always exceptional and consistent at all of the Ruth's Chris restaurants I have been to for dinner.

We celebrated Thanksgiving here. We made reservations earlier in the week; and when we arrived, we were seated right away. The dinner was delicious, the portions were generous, our server was excellent, and the wine list was quite good as well. The price of the Thanksgiving dinner special was reasonably priced at $39.95. However, it included only one side dish. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the a la carte sides we ordered were enough for the three of us to share. We were offered an upgrade to a selection of $5 desserts, but we decided to get the dessert included in the package. It was a pumpkin mousse, which was quite nice. We are looking forward to having Thanksgiving here next year.

Server (Frank) was excellent and fun but his kitchen let him down. Food took 45 minutes, mushrooms tastes fishy and sweet potato casserole was burnt. Felt bad for Frank but was the worst experience I've had at about 10 Ruth's Chris visits. Manager was gracious to remove the bad food and give us free cheesecake. I would give them another chance because the manager made it right and Frank was amazing.

Lovely dinner. Food amazing as expected. Service was first class. We had to bring our 10 month old grandson along bc he was travelling with us. I was unsure of how welcoming the staff wd be & if they even had a high chair. They had the chair, welcomed him (loved him!) & even gave him a toy to take home! Kudos RC!!
