Love it. Decent portions, quality food. Good price. Not always worth the drive to Niwot but a destination if you're in the area for sure.

Sukasa-san makes great food in an informal setting. Every person I take here thinks they are getting grocery store sushi but comes away shocked by the quality.

This place is amazing. The ramen is hands down the best in the area. Ramen is only served on Sundays, which is understandable given the amount of time/days it takes to make a good tasty broth. The other sushi dishes we have tried are fantastic as well. Staff is super friendly too.

I lived in Japan for 7 years and can say with confidence that this is the best sushi in Colorado!!! Can't wait to try everything on the menu :)

Sachi Sushi was my favorite lunch spot when I worked in Boulder. Quick and quiet and always delicious. The grilled mackerel with rice was my move 90% of the time.
