First of all, the food is always spectacular and fresh. Healthy portions, good flavor, and nice selection. But it's the service that really makes the experience. We have had the pleasure of having Connor as our server twice now and he is absolutely the best. Funny, friendly, attentive without being annoying, and so efficient! Literally flawless Service. Thanks for a fantastic experience.

Did a carry out sushi and sashimi order. The server on the phone was very polite, helpful and friendly. I was able to schedule my order to be fresh and ready for the time I needed. Everything was newly made, beautifully boxed, and completely accurate. The atmosphere is clean, inviting, and the servers and chefs made the pick up easy and fast. Food was excellent.

Servers could be more attentive but still the best sushi in Fort Collins and one of the best in the state. I’ve only ever had excellent sushi at Suehiros. The quality of fish is incomparable to other sushi in town. The sushi is always fresh and the guys at the sushi bar are beyond friendly and accommodating. Mitch always makes my experience just that much better. He’s turned me on to a lot of new fish. Sit at the sushi bar!

This is the freshest and best tasting sushi in Fort Collins. I’ve been coming here for years and I will come here forever. Go between 2 and 4 for a super quiet, chill lunch. Also, everyone here speaks English which I know is important for some!

I have to give this place 5 stars because we've been there countless times and it is never anything less than excellent!!! The portion sizes are great, and I could live off of the Miso and Cucumber salads (that are complementary, I should add.) The Sushi is rolled to perfection, and never breaks apart, something that rival Asian restaurants nearby are plagued with. Service is great and welcoming, always friendly. Being able to walk away with, if you come at the right time, a McDonald's sized tab for such incredible, incredible food is just icing on the cake. A staple on our list of favorite local restaurants that has earned it's place.
