Safeway

Super expensive. Probably the slowest cashiers in the area. Not exaggerating. It regularly takes 20-30 minutes to get though the checkout from the time I step into line, and there's usually only two people ahead of me. Only reason I come here is the meat department. Decent deals on meat. I have a priority list of places to shop, and this is number 6. If the first 5 places don't have it, or if it's really time sensitive I'll go here. Expect to pay out the nose though. Small hand held basket of groceries is about $70. Elsewhere (at a common warehouse club) I can get a completely full shopping cart overflowing with groceries for about $200. One feeds the wife and me for 2 days (Safeway) and the other for two weeks. Avoid this place!

Friendly and helpful staff. A great selection of food. Lots of member discounts. Excellent meat and produce departments.

Overpriced for the same products you can drive 10 minutes down the road for, with half of a the selection of groceries to choose from paired with a majority of the time having dirty lettuce. And that's just a comparison of this Safeway to others near by. This one just happens to be conveniently close enough for me to go get chips. *The staff is fine, this is in no way a complaint on them, but rather just the store itself. Overpriced and low quality groceries.

We absolutely love shopping at this Safeway. Everyone is super friendly, and they make our shopping experience fun.

Recently the doctor told me that my daughter needs radiation so she started her radiation treatment yesterday and today I went into Safeway to get a few items that she wanted but I was short didn’t have enough to pay for the watermelon when you take the radiation it makes you very nauseated and so she has a hard time keeping anything down I was short like two dollars maybe three dollars and I’m employee that was working there his name is Joshua told me don’t worry about it I got it and covered the rest let me say Joshua you made my 10-year-old daughter very happy I know she will be grateful and I will be grateful for your generosity and your kindness from the bottom of my heart thank you so much God bless you
