Xfinity Store by Comcast

Comcast blows but the employees here were too notch. I would recommend staying away from comcast, if you can, because, in my experience at least, they are nothing but scam artists. The employees at this location were as nice and helpful as could possibly be. Unfortunately, they work for an absolutely awful company.

Quick and fast assistance, wide open space and easy to navigate. I expected to go Into a tiny store with a line of customers and spend a hour just trying to get help, much to my surprise it was a nice big store that was open. I got assistance almost instantly by an extremely kind and welcoming young man, was helped and out of the building before even 10 mins had passed. Your staff are amazing and they should be praised for an outstanding customer service.

Me: Hi, I replaced my modem with the new one you sent me and wanted to turn in this old one. Store Rep: Okay Me: (Handing him the box) Do I need to do anything else? Store Rep: (In snarky tone) Do you want to have this one removed from your bill? Me: Oh. Yes, of course. Store Rep: (Looking around at crowded store) Then you'll need to wait, it's currently about a 35 minutes. Me: I don't have time to wait. Can't I just drop it off? Store Rep: No, you'll have to mail it in. Me: Really? Store Rep: Yes, if you can't wait, you'll have to send it in. There's a UPS store just a block down the street. Oh Xfinity! You never fail to meet my low expectations.

Workers are rude. Expect clients to learn things overnight. Get angry when you say you don't understand.

Past visit was pretty good. Although I never should have had to be there.. Due very poor phone communication with Xfinity..
