EZ Auto Title & Licensing

Attitude of certain people when they get something unfamiliar. Just because you been doing it for years doesn't give the right to be very rude.

This place is awesome. Sometimes a little busy but I've been able to walk in and walk right out before. Vicky was so nice to us. And helped us understand how it worked. Especially since I've been to three other DMV and have only experienced rude and terrible service. Where the people act like your dumb, and dont even take care of their customers. I will continue to drive from Dupont to spanaway just for them. Worth the drive.

MarryAnn the most wonderful customer service and licensing employee by far. Fastest ive ever moved threw a line. Line Was out the door and i was to a counter in less then five min. Had the most wonderful teller who fixed a problem made by a co worker of hers and saves me 100s of dollars I should have never needed to pay in the first place was a lovely lady big smile nice and went out her way to make me copys of my paperwork she did not need to do. I do not go out of my way to do any reviews this one I pulled up google emiediatly leaving the store because MarryAnn deserved recognition of her wonderful job in customer service and vehicle licensing in general. I have dealt with comcast today the D.O.L today Verizon and many other customer service reps on my errands today and this was a rare example of how things should be.

Very easy to find. Clean inside, had 4 people working, in and out in less than 5 minutes. Fast and friendly service. Thank you guys!
