Candlewood Suites Lakewood

Clean rooms and well maintained grounds. They were replacing the carpeting during my stay but were working as quickly and quietly as possible during the day. The staff was awesome, and I loved the fact they had a small kitchen in the room complete with dishes and a dishwasher.

I have stayed at several different locations around Tacoma. This was the first time that I felt safe. The location is great with easy access to I-5 and WA512. The only thing that threw me off was no continental breakfast. They do however have a small room with gas station style items that you can charge to the room. Great stay.

Enjoyed my stay here, would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Friendly staff, the room had everything I needed and some. Excellent services.

No housekeeping the entire four nights I stayed. I make my own bed usually out of habit, but I figured they would take out the trash. The place was pretty tore up as they were replacing carpets and such. I asked to have the light fixed by the bed but it never got fixed. In fact a breaker popped on the second morning. I fixed it myself so I could at least finish my shower. Not really impressed with this stay. Hopefully they are gonna fix more than carpet.

Location has suitable access to main arterial and interstate highways, as well as bountiful mounts of fastfare and eateries of all types within walking distance
