They don’t answer the phone number they provided on their contact page... poor communication with the citizen of Washington state.

I just want to say that I ran into a state trooper today and he was the kindest person! Recently we have seen a lot of negative press which I think is unfair to use to judge all of the state troopers or police force around the country. Please don't let a very small percentage of a group make you assess a group as a whole. These people put their lives on the line everyday. I really appreciate our Police Officers and related to this the armed forces that protect us day in and day out. I was trying to look for the state trooper that I ran in to today but I couldn't find him. Anyway, you're kind gesture today was bigger than you know. I always work hard to be kind and this gives me even more incentive to do this. Be kind and compassionate and your life will be fuller. Not that I do this everyday but I will keep trying! Thank you State Trooper. I'm sorry I forgot your name. But I will remember you for sure!!! The state trooper was working today April 7th, 2017 near Olympia. Whoever you are, you have someone rooting for you!!

3 in the morning. Called Olympia 411 non emergency police to make the neighbor take in their huge dog, that's been barking non-stop for over an hour. Awesome response, can't believe a person would let that happen pretending not to hear their own Dog, that we all heard 2 blocks away. Poor Dog.
