Salem Laser and Surgery Center

This office is Amazing from the time you open the first set of doors. They have it set up to make you feel welcome, they have a area that you can stop to put your mask on, take off your coat and leave your wet umbrella to stay out of lobby if it's wet. There is notes to tell you how to go about your visit there in the lobby. I have had 3 different receptionist and all 3 are smiling, professional and have patience. The back Assistants from taking notes and asking questions are very kind and respectful. They are gentle in preparing you to have the doctor come in to see you. My doctor was the bonus of the whole appointment, he is kind, professional, he listens to your concerns, he cares, understanding and he explains his thoughts. The Doctor and Medical Team do all paper work in a timely matter and the referrals are fast. Office is clean and they have coupons for eye drops. Office is well organized and parpare for their daily patients new and old appointment's. I give this office a Firm Strong 5 Star . You will be amazed of the service.

People were very nice. I went in and was done and had no pain. In a few days I was able to see clear with right eye. As I've healed it has improved even more.
