Recommendation regarding sale of natural hair. It's best practice to inform customers of no return on purchase of this item. The tiny print on box 'no return' is insufficient to inform customer of no return on an item costing more than $120. Perhaps a posted sign is an easy solution.

They'll help you quickly find what you need...or let you linger. The gal who assisted me was knowledgeable and also non-judgmental which is actually a really rare trait at beauty supply shops. She told me whether or not she thought what I wanted to do would work, not if she thought I should or shouldn't do it.

the girl who helped me out today was super friendly and helpful. She helped me find a product that worked best for me and gave me additional tips and suggestions. I will definitely come back!

I wanted to spend $40 here but only had a $100 bill and they couldnt give me $60 in change. Pathetic. Told me it was because they didnt want to go get the change to fix their tills after. A retail store couldnt give me $60 in change. And they weren't nice about it either. Told me to go to the store next door to get change, as if my time is that unvaluable.
