I'm like a kids in a candy store when I go in here. They carry so many name brand products, products that are hard to find. If I have a question the knowledgeable staff always help me make the best choice. Hard to find items for hair, skin, nails, makeup, scents and so much more. A salon that offers hair care and skin care. I'm so happy to one stop shop here. Earn points for shopping here and get a cool gift during your birthday month

I used to work here and it's still great. The people they have staffed are pretty great and the store is clean and offers a lot of product. They have colorpop in store which is pretty great considering I have only seen online so experiencing it in person was cool.

Horrible customer service. I have never met a nice person working at this store. All the employees do is set around gossiping.

I set an appointment for a hair cut and color test. Everything went fine. I made a follow up for a full cut and color two weeks later. While the bleach sat in my hair, I was told a story of how my stylist messed up a clients hair earlier that week. Then I was told they ran out of the color I requested, but something could be "mixed up." During the color portion of the service, the store closed and I was told O has to pay so they could pull the tills. I was hesitant, but assured that my hair would be fine. After five hours, my hair was rinsed and dried. I asled for black on top ans purple on bottom. My hair was brown, purple, green, yellow, blue, and orange. Instead of offering my money back, I was told I could reschedule. I was in such a shock, I agreed. I also am a retail manager and I refuse to yell at a retail associate. I was told the stylist who ruined my hair had to be the one to fix it. The next day I called the store after speaking with friends, and I requested to talk to a manager. I was put on hold and a game of phone tag began. I have yet to actually speak to a manager, and have not recieved a refund. The second service was $300 and I have not worn my hair down since. I am incredibly displeased with the service and lack of customer service my management at this location. I feel my hair was damaged and I am out the $300.. on top of the fact that I now have to pay another salon to fix it. This is my first and only experience of Ulta. I will never return and I will never recommend this company to friends or family.

I am super impressed with the selection and cleanliness of this specific location. It's way nicer than others I've visited.
