Super spendy services and products. You can find some good deals and specials, but it wasn't enough to keep me returning. For about 3 years, I went three times a year for makeup replacements. I was apart of their membership perks, but never received any perks. Three years I went in for birthday perks and was given excuses; they were out of stock, had to have the manager's approval but manager was on lunch, and I was told to check back the following week and they might honor the birthday special. Not my first, second or third choice for beauty products.

Sierra from MAC is amazing and awesome always so helpful, sweet and beautiful! Makes shopping at Ulta a great experience. She is excellent at recommending products that work. Can't say enough good things about what an asset she is to Ulta. Best person in Ulta!

Waited a good 20 minutes for someone to help me, and the products I bought we're horrible 45$ foundation and a 20$ moisturizer we're not worth it, I only opted for this because they were out of my foundation they were out of alot of other comparable product too. Out of samples as well, so not the best experience as a matter of fact the makeup stations we're filthy too with overflowing trash and products everywhere.

I am not a huge makeup person and was a bit overwhelmed at the selection offered and blown away by the designer makeup prices. The staff was a bit snooty, but some were informative. There are great sales and coupons available and they do have a great reward system.

Good variety of drugstore and department store brands with good prices and even better sales. Salespeople could be more helpful.
