I probably won't be shopping here again. I've gone here and had really pleasant experiences but - the last two times I've been here, the service was just really bad. The first time I was ready to pay (buying box dye) and the clerk was really rude to me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day and I was just caught in the crossfire. But, the second time, I asked a question (same clerk) and she responded in a manner that inferred I was stupid for asking. It's one thing to be knowledgable about your product, but to be downright snotty is just not okay. Unfortunately, the "fool me once" rules apply here, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The store might be a pleasant place to shop but the management here is completely unprofessional. Not only is she disrespectful but quite frankly she's unknowlegdable too. Not a single question of mine could be answered-- let alone in a pleasant attitude. After I called corporate I received the same type of attitude and responses. Awful company that I used to support and shop from. Not anymore.

Sally is the only place I'll buy hair dye. It costs $5 to get the discount card but the coupons are worth it many times over!
