Sears Outlet

Decent prices, convenient location. As a true outlet store, you never know what inventory they will have. But they did have a few canister vacuums in stock, unlike any other stores nearby.

My mom purchased a dryer from Sears store #9851 who sold this faulty dryer to a third party vendor Amazon . The dryer immediately was burning and destroying our clothes. After 3 months of no answers and no resolution with Sears and having to go to social media to get results and the BBB . I would like to take the time to thank Tim the technician that tried to repair the dryer on numerous occasion. He went beyond his job requirements to help our family and do went was morally and legally right with no help from his company. Tim deserves a promotion, actually he is too good for this company and they don't deserve him as an employer. We never did get the situation resolved with Sears. Actually Amazon stepped up to the plate and refunded my moms money without any questions or hesitation. Also I would like to thank Larry from the Mchenry store who actually contacted me and sent me the receipt from sears system since corporate Sears was saying the dryer was not purchased from them and they had no proof of purchase in there system. Within minutes Larry had the receipt emailed to me . The fact that the corporate sears is still passing the buck onto us the consumer and not taking responsibility for there lack of customer service, lies, deceit, and false warranties is unacceptable. Sears still needs to be held accountable for all the families they have scammed and sold faulty appliances too.

Very good prices. Friendly staff. Difficulty knowing what they have. Commissioned sales hover a bit.
