The Sheridan Street station is clean and well maintained. The machines print tickets in a matter of seconds, and there's good access for disabled persons.

3 stars for being in an annoying and complicated location. There's tons of buses that stop here so it's convenient but it's such a pain getting in and out,  especially off that busy intersection. Not to mention the only way to access the other side of the tracks is by climbing stairs and crossing a bridge. So if you're running a little late and your train is arriving, there better be an expert stair climber / sprinter inside you or that train will leave without you on it

Train is late regularly. Really need to improve on being punctual. Customer Service are insensitive and do not want to issue credits for inconveniences.
