Fort Lauderdale Brightline Station

Awesome ride for the whole family! Rode the Brightline today with my young son for the first time, Fort Lauderdale to West Palm. Tried out the select service; and it is amazing. Completely different and much much better than an Amtrak train ride. It was enjoyable all the way. Can't wait for the Orlando line to open. So much better than driving: enjoy a beer and snacks while the train takes you in a comfy seat, or get up and stretch your legs whenever you feel like it. Hugely important: everything is sparkling clean! Hope it stays that way as it ages since that's one of the best things about it. Special thanks to Donna at the client services desk who was very helpful, and extremely nice in resolving an issue I had with my ticket. The only negative to the entire experience was working with the phone app, which is pretty buggy. Hopefully, they can fix that soon. Other than that, loved the entire experience.

Visiting from North Carolina and needed a quick way to get from Ft Lauderdale to Palm Beach. What an amazing experience! The stations are GORGEOUS! Nothing like any other train I have ever taken here in the states. The select lounge is a nice touch, and worth the $15 ticket price. Parking is free, for now too. To top is off, the station has a coffee cafe/bar with all sorts of selections and even a select mixed drink special, for $5. Also, service available on board too. Overall, very quick, easy, and enjoyable experience.

First week in service. You can tell that this is as close to a first class option to travel around south Florida as you can get. Parking is free for now but eventually it will cost $8 a day. The waiting area is hatred only for passengers with a ticket ride and there are X-Ray scanners on the entrance of the building, so it should be very safe. Good product and service. Wondering what ride passes, packages and the non-introductory price will be in the future

Awesome ride! Brightline is a successful business. The bathrooms are very nice and I love how it is all hands-free. The seats are very comfortable and the stations are very nice.it is also a very smooth ride.

Today was my first visit to the Ft. Lauderdale station and it was an excellent experience! The station is clean and modern. They have an area where you can purchase snacks, coffee, etc. Lots of seating and outlets to charge your mobile devices too. I can't wait til they expand to Miami and Orlando. I plan to come back again in the near future.
