This place was awesome. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The guy was super nice, super helpful and it wasn't that expensive :) Plus when it was time for me to leave, he made it so my car had an easy exit-- since it was a pretty tight fit. Aww thank Fort Lauderdale Amtrak guy!!!

The train is like any other Amtrak I've been on. Station is clean with well made steel bench seating. The water fountains don't work. The woman working the ticket counter kept waking me up after an all night flight to tell me first "you can't have your feet on the bench" and then again stated "you can't lie down on the bench because other people need to be able to sit on them" even though there was never even one person for each four seat row bench and no one else used the one under the TV where I was. Then she had us all go out all the way down to the end out from under the cover just outside the station to wait while it started to rain.

Parking, ticket purchase, arrival time and train conditions were all in good standing this trip (on a Sunday at 1:56PM in December). It was my first time using the Tri Rail and I am so happy I did experience it. I got to ride down to Miami in peace versus driving down I-95.

No soap or paper towels in bathroom! Dirty, Gross bathroom! No one to help. No pens to fill out required luggage tags. And water fountains dont work.
