Social Services Department

I had a pleasant experience in the office with initial people who assisted me in the office with info and application etc but the SOCIAL WORKER that was assigned to assist me once approved, was HORRIBLE, VERY SARCASTIC, RUDE, TREATED ME AS IF I WAS A IDIOT, Very Condescendingly spoke to me, didn't seem to want to answer my questions and had a tone of ,if I want ANY help, it's best I not make any waves. SHE was my only contact person (so she said , once I asked for the name of a supervisor). This was not only humiliating anyway to be in the position of needing help but so much worse when "your caseworker" and so called ADVOCATE to a degree treats you like your a worthless nothing, just a burden to her day. Please speak to these Social workers who are supposed to want to help people and see that the attitudes are at minimum kind and willing/wanting to be helpful. Thank you!
