My son's mother Andrea Dixon works there sad she wanted to use our son for money yet she works for child protective services a straight face lier she lied to our sons doctors when they would ask who lives in the house so they couldn't check on him because her rented house to crowded gave our sick son mountain dew soda with all that caffeine like she wanted to kill him I didn't have a choice in my son's name Austin Dixon my last name not Dixon and needed money in cash like her and her family hiding something from the government doesn't even let her daughter have real friends to play and grow up with yet she works for child protective services interviewing people about thier children and taking them but not saying how she treats her own children !

I'd never had any problems my self, but many people that had called me to translate for them, had have the worse day they you can imagine. Aren't this place supposed to provide translators? Or at least that's what most of the signs that they have says. How the deal with this cases are just petty, they just take them (non-english speaking) off the list, like if they didn't go until they (non-english speaking) find out how to explain their needs. I'll suggest that if they aren't available to provide translators, to take out those signs with the tittle "we speak your language", ironic, isn't it?

No one wants to help. They sit on their butts, collect a fat paycheck, and mishandle cases. They could care less about client's needs.

Very bad service and can never speak to my case worker.Front desk clerk ask you to state your business as to publicly invade your privacy and humiliate you.

They were most helpful in getting my needs met and doing what they could to lead me in the right direction in getting things in my life back in order.
