Dr. Wagner is very good with animals and was kind and helpful. Before surgery we signed the contract for the price and understanding of medications being a part of the post op care. A week after surgery they informed us that a culture came back that required our dog to have a different antibiotic. This was not included in post op care. I think that it should be post op care and included in the agreement, because if the culture had come back before we picked her up it would have been. But because it took a week for results it isn’t. I’m not sure it’s our fault the results took a week. If you come here for services, be sure to read everything. It’s an emotional experience to have your dog in surgery, and you rely upon trust. This was a surprise, not that the small amount of price for antibiotic is huge compared to an over 2K surgery. It is the principal of business practice. Also the front desk staff is a little indignant. I will definitely inform my vet that referrals to this clinic should be carefully thought out.

Love, love, love the staff, vet technicians, assistants and Dr. Boyd and Dr. Greller! They have taken wonderful care of our sweet puppy Gracie and her eyes. We were referred to the office after taking Gracie to the pet ER on Broadway (also fantastic) with an eye issue. They are efficient, kind, professional, thorough and fantastic! I just cannot complement them enough!

Where to start... these people are amazing at what they do. My dog has had eye troubles for a while now and a couple months ago she had a serious flare up. When I called for an appointment with the specialist, the front desk staff worked us in quickly and were very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Greller is kind, patient and super knowledgable. He was able to identify what was wrong with her eyes when other vets couldn't and took the time to explain everything to me. Now her condition is steadily improving with the treatment. Also the techs are super sweet, you can tell they love animals and take their profession seriously. When we went for her followup appointment, they remembered my girl and all of the staff and doctor were as awesome as ever. Additionally, the prices to see the specialist were not too crazy, something I was able to budget to afford, and unlike some places, they are not going to press or recommend unnecessary services or products - they are just interested in identifying and treating what is needed. I have recommended their office to others and give them 5 super bright stars here.

Went here for Oncology and Ophthalmology for my dog. Always friendly and did help with cost of treatments.
