Great Vet and very caring staff! We have been coming to this Vet for years. We moved away for 6 years to another city - we didn’t hesitate to come right back to Dr Mixon when we moved back.

I first met Dr. Mixon through a friend who had been taking her furr babies to him for several years. I could tell he truly cared about his furry patients!! I've been taking my miniature Boxer to Dr. Mixon for five years and I highly recommend Texas Veterinary Hospital to anyone who wants the best and people with a true LOVE for animals of all kinds! The love and care my dog receives is priceless and worth every penny ❣🐶🐾❤

I called TVH today about bringing a racoon in for a check up. The staff and Vet were not experienced on how to care for a racoon. This shows that this veterinarian has a very narrow level of expertise. I would avoid any professional that limits there training and experience to what is only comfortable for their revenue stream. For the benefit of your pet, find a vet that has a broad range of knowledge and does not limit themselves based on money...

My dog was having blood in her stool, we were very concern but dr Mixon and his team took her with open arms and very friendly I really feel that we were in good hands! Very professional and knowledgeable! Will treat your pet as family member!
