Fair pricing, great customer service, and they always tell you what they are doing to the car even if you look like a deer with your head caught in the head lights (no pun intended). Great job these guys do!

*WARNING*- Do not take your vehicle here! They are crooks and will rip you off and break your vehicle. Took my vehicle here to get tires and a alignment, got it back and they broke my ball joints and my steering was all messed up! They try to say it was brought in like that!! Haaaa..CROOKS! The vehicle only has 30K miles and never had anything wrong with it. And they never will accept that they screwed up! Manager was not professional at all..he continued to laugh at me! Don't take your vehicle here! There looking to steal your money!!!! and tear your vehicle up! Believe Me!!! Take it somewhere else!!!

I drove in with the donut spare on my car shortly before closing. The crew quickly pulled off the donut and replaced it with a new tire. I am extremely appreciative of the service.

Really, I live 5 minutes away and I called to see if they can fix my flat. Had a donut on my car and they said they close in 45 minutes so they could not do anything. Customer service sucks there. Manager wouldn't even listen to what happened.

My husband had a tire that tore on the inside of the rim and outside of rim, the guy said it was from hitting a curb which would be completely acceptable however the rim was not damaged or scratched. Also on the inside of the rim there is no way to hit a curb. The least they should of done was called the manufacturer to see if there has been any issues with the tire, that wasn't done. Needless to say went somewhere else to get four new tires and definitely wouldn't recommend Southern Tire, customer service is lacking to say the least.
