Quality Discount Tire and Auto

I have had a number of services done to my car at Quality Discount, from oil changes and basic maintenance to tire replacement. The employees are always friendly and professional and they always explain exactly what they need to do and how that translates into the cost of the service. Additionally, they always try to get you the best price no matter what it is they are doing, and they will not push unnecessary services on you for the sake of making extra money. In short, they’re everything that I look for when choosing to have work done on my car. Would highly recommend them to family and friends and anyone else in need.

The team at Quality Discount Tires are amazing. I was able to get 5 new tires for two vehicles in a matter of hours! I didn't have to wait, instead I took the opportunity to run errands as my vehicles were serviced. Phil was a professional dream. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for other services.

I absolutely love this tire shop! The staff is so friendly/nice and very professional. The prices for new tires are sooooo affordable than other tire shops. I really really recommend this place!

Originally, I gave Discount Tire and Auto a 3 stars because they didn't adequately explain a service before selling it to me; however, as promised, I revised upwards once I discovered their service was justified. I'm the type of guy to thoroughly research products and services to ensure I'm getting a fair value (I actually do a lot of similar research professionally but on a corporate scale). As stated in my previous review, their prices are a bit higher than market, but they offer a premium service in exchange. The mechanic across the street (who's highly rated himself) says that he goes to Discount Tire and Auto for his own tire service. Overall, I'd say they're honest people with a slightly higher price tag. They use the highest quality tire repair method (interior patching) and have excellent service, justifying the increased cost. I'm not sure if other places do this, but they also offer a one-way shuttle service to work via Uber. I do know some full-service auto places offer round-trip shuttles, but they bill several fold more for service. Overall: 5 stars for service 4 stars for timely responses to my concerns; would be 5 but it should've been addressed initially 3 stars for price Now that my concerns have been addressed, it's quite possible I'll return.

Great service, friendly staff, good prices and what I like the most is they didn't try to pressure you into getting something else other than what you came in for. Will return again for sure! Phil was great! Thanks Phil!
