Southwestway Park

Great place for mountain bikers in Indy. Free and always open. Great trails to learn on, some pretty steep ones with cliff dropoffs, whoops section, flow, rhythm, downhill jump sections, rock gardens, a little but for everyone of all skills. A few built features, log jumps, bridges, and tons of lines to choose for endless loops. People need to watch out for hikers though and sometimes horses.

A great park that includes miles and miles of hiking, biking and even horseback riding trails - not to mention a sweet jungle gym area for the kids. When you’re hiking Southwest Way Park you can easily forget you are just minutes away from Indianapolis.

I like the park. Grateful to hear about police presence due to smash and grabs. Won't be back until the catch the jerks.

Lots of nature trail, which we love. But or two year old did not have much to do with okay equipment as the slides are for big kids only as you have to climb over 6 ft to get up on unstable surfaces such as a vertical chain ladder or a rock wall with shallow rocks. But over it is a pretty cool place.

Huge park with a variety of mountain bike, horse and running/walking trails. Walk through forest, fields or along the White River.
