Squeaky Clean Car Wash

I took my vehicle to this car wash on February 7, 2018. I asked for a "Mountain of love" car wash. I walked across the street to Starbucks to get a cup of coffee. When I returned after less than 10 minutes, an employee at the car wash had wrecked my vehicle so severely that I couldn't even drive it home!!! To this day, now 3 weeks later, we have NEVER received an explanation as to what exactly happened. My driver's side door was nearly ripped off the hinges and would no longer close. The only thing I can figure out is that the vehicle rolled backwards with the door open, hit an obstacle and the door was bent backwards towards the front bumper. I had to call my husband for a ride home. I was without my vehicle for 20 days! Just about 3 weeks! That's how long it took to fix it. During this time, numerous phone calls to the car wash remained UN-RETURNED! Every time we called, we were told the manager wasn't it but he would call us back. We were told the same when we went over there in person while my vehicle was at the body shop. The behavior by this business after such a severe incident is unacceptable. Not one single return phone call, not one single apology, no offer by the car wash management to make it possible for me to have a rental car while my vehicle was unavailable to me. I am a very reasonable person, but this was just the most irresponsible and rude behavior by a business! ONE phone call from them would have made such a difference to us, but that never happened. They simply didn't care enough to call. BEWARE!

This is a super facility. The workers are very enthusiastic, and for the most part, really do a superb job. I gave them four stars only because on occasion, they don't vacuum the back of the vehicle well, or don't clean the cup holders, even thought I've emptied them out. All in all an excellent location (Zafarano).

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. I had left my vehicle with them. Came back to it. Drove it around for a bit happily with a clean car. HEARD A LOUD POP! Returned to them to see if they could explain anything. They had told me it wasn't their problem. Vehemently. All around awful terribleness. They told me to speak to their boss I didn't bother. I wouldn't bother with them at all whatsoever. Terrible experience . Will never go back. NM resident for 21+ years never had such a terrible consumeristic experience in my life.

Service is horrendous!! They messed up one of the first times I went there and I went back to give them a second chance at better service. They were doing good until today. The main guy who checks u in is very very nice but the so called a manager is a D%#&!!! Truck was washed and sitting to be dried. Something happened to the track inside so everyone went to work in it while my truck sat in the sun and dried with spots all over it. 45 minutes later I asked what was going and wanted my truck rewashed. The manager said yes it would be 10 minutes and would be done. I sat and waited another 20 minutes and looked for my truck and saw in back in a line of 6 cars! I asked to speak with the manager and he looked at me and waved me off because he was busy. They stated they don’t give refunds only certificates for another wash. Why in the hell would I wanna come back??? Demanded my money and had to get my truck out of line. Manager still could care less about me! Never ever again!!! Went to Oilstop car wash where they care about u and even went above and beyond to make my truck shine knowing nthey had the opportunity to get my service after this horrible seer at Squeeky Clean!

My Grandma and I went there to get her car washed while we were running errands and had a pretty bad experience. We were there for literally an hour and fifteen minutes when we were repeatedly told by the staff it would be about 10-15 minutes. They were short staffed, which I can empathize with, but they were not upfront about the wait at all. Several other people's cars that got there after us were done much sooner. My grandmother paid something like $60 for the full service cleaning, but there was still plenty of crud on the outside of the car when we left. The floor mats were still wet, too. When I went to use the restroom, it smelled horrible and they were completely out of hand soap, which you definitely would want after using this bathroom. There are also two very racist and antiquated depictions of black people among their indoor decorations. I strongly advise that this place be avoided.
