Wonderful facility.  Staff and volunteers are all wonderful people.  They care not only about rescuing the animals but also take care of their volunteers.  They’re an honest and thorough facility which is hard to find in the rescue world.   I have met several of the rescue dogs and they’re all great dogs and healthy.  Can’t say enough good things about them.

St Francis shelter is wonderful to work with with.WE  adopted A PURE BREED BLACK  Labrador retriever  Murphy came from a kill shelter out of state.HIS NAME NOW IS LUKE LANDON REECE HE TOTALLY A WONDERFUL DOG THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO A BREEDER THERE ARE PRUE BREED DOG IN SHELTER THAT NEED A SECOND CHANCE IN LIFE HE STILL A PUPPY HE JUST A LITTLE OVER ONE YEAR OLD.THERE ALWAYS A ADJUSTMENT PERIOD WHEN YOU GET A DOG FROM A SHELTER THEY MIGHT EVEN HAVE TO BE BUT ON  anxiety medicine but it’s worth all the you’re heart to give the second chance in your home.WE TOTALLY LOVE OUR NEW MEMBER OF OUR FAMILY BECOME A MEMBER ON FEBRUARY 13 2018.YOU DONT HAVE TO LIVE IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS TO  adopt a  animal  from them.

I am always happy with the care that they give my pets. They take the time to explain everything to you and they are very good with the animals. They do not try to push products on you and prices are reasonable.

I have adopted 3 dogs here. They are the most caring people. I love to go there but I'm afraid I will come home with another puppy. Lol
