Friendly staff there to help with all your needs. Kind of a bummer that not everything on display is in stock, makes me feel I could have bought a less expensive computer had they had more to choose from. No worries for the buyer who doesn't mind waiting for them to order it in for you though. Impatience cost me! I do suggest getting the best deal, because all the extra warranty costs will make you sweat!

I arrived at Staples to buy ink only to realize I couldn't remember what number ink my printer used. I was directed to a computer for customers at the front of the store where I can enter my phone number (I am a rewards member) and look at my past purchases. Prime example of the "easy" button!
