I went in to have copies made and I received the BEST customer service ever. She was so sweet and nice but most of all she knew how to joke around also. Lastly she had a sunshine warming smile that just brighten the rest of my day!!!

These guys provide a service like no other in this area. I frequently go in there to get copies of drafts and engineered house plans and they are a dream to work with. The prices are ridiculously cheap in comparison to using an engineering or drafting firm. When you think about some of that equipment costing over $100,000 to be charged $10 to $15 for a 24-in color draft or plans is a remarkable value. Let's not forget their print email feature that you can send documents to and have picked up ready for you when you get there. Love the professionalism and the eagerness to help. Albany Oregon Staple Sunday the 17th of March. Print department, I'm Mark Cuomo of Cafe Cuomo, I brought in project that required BLK, color, photos, laminated,etc. You have a young lady that I worked with, I highly recommend you find out who she is. The level of service I received was outstanding. The project I was speaking of was all on my phone. My phone skills limited, she took the time to show me how to get it transferred to her. Recommend best way to produce my project. As you can see I feel passionate about this, people that are kind and go above and beyond to help me is truly appreciated. She should be recognized. Clean, good service. Very professional. Prices can be expensive but they have a lot to offer.

“Tech Center”.......Absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with....the staff (and general manager) lie to sway things to their favor. There is no caring when it comes to their customers. Do not take your computer here.
