Best Buy

I come to Salem on business a few times each quarter. This particular Best Buy is a clean and well managed location. It is a bit of a gamble whether you will get an extremely well informed employee helping you or someone that doesn't really know what they are talking about. However, I find that most of their employees are decent. It is a solid 4-star location. They have good value on most of their electronics. The price for their cables and accessories is atrocious. But, I've come to expect that in an electronics retail store.

I had to replace my cell phone and went to Best Buys in Salem. I wish all my shopping trips would be as painless as this. The sales associate , Zach Cannon was top notch. Helping me get a new phone to meet my need. Quick and painless. The store was very easy to navigate and set up well. I will return next time I need what they sell.

I have been here twice now and will not waste my time again : first time I was looking to buy a new laptop for school and it took me what seemed like forever to get some assistance and then after taking the time to go over the selections, I picked one I liked just to find out that they were out of stock and the salesman that took his time to come help me tried to sale me the display unit but with no price cut... The second time ended up to be a out of stock issue too... I won't go back...

Kudos to the Salem Geek Squad for going the extra mile for me today and yesterday. I won't go into detail, but somehow my phone malfunctioned during a routine service appointment and they ensured my phone was replaced and went above and beyond. My husband received the same level of service the next day. Thank you for making it right and preventing this from becoming a nightmare. Much appreciated! Please thank the Geek Squad manager for me, I will be back!

I have always been able to get whatever I needed at Best Buy. I also have had a good relationship with the Geek Squad folks whenever I needed to repair any of my laptops or just had a simple servicing done on them. If you need to buy from them, or you just need to have your electronics serviced Best Buy would be the best place to go to in my opinion.
