Oregon City Computers

Had a problem with an older Mac desktop that is still an awesome computer but Apple considers "vintage". I figured out that Apple won't even service them anymore, which is disappointing for a computer that we've sunk $6-7k into to make it a powerful beast! I could tell it just needed a repair, not total replacement. This ultimately led me to finding Sean and I'm so glad I did! From the very first phone call, I could tell he was the man for the job. He was kind, reassuring, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He offered that I could bring my computer in right away, same day. Within hours he troubleshot and isolated the problem, figured out and ordered a replacement part, and within a few days my Mac was given new life! Apple led me to believe I needed to spend thousands of dollars to buy a new computer. Sean solved the problem for only a few hundred. And to top it off, he's a cool guy. Really enjoyed working with him and talking with him. He's a rare gem - not many businesses understand customer service anymore, but Sean really gets it. He went above and beyond for me and I'll be a customer as long as he'll have me.

My mother's computer crashed loosing everything except internet. We found Sean through google search and gave him a call. He was able to retrieve all Mom's files including her treasured pictures. Great service and very appreciated!

Sean was most helpful in repairing my system. I had a number of continuing issues which required resolution after the initial fix, and Sean always answered my pleas for additional assistance in a timely fashion - and always without additional charge. To have access to such a knowledgeable, trustworthy person as Sean is invaluable, and I definitely recommend his services.

From the get-go, Sean was incredibly professional. I had called around a few other places about my minor hardware issue, and most others seemed annoyed to hear from me. Not OCC. Sean was genuine and explained everything really well. He conducts his business with honesty.

I was looking for a local computer service provider and tried Oregon City Computers. Sean told me he could fix my problem, but for much less I could order a part to use in a USB port to solve it as well. It worked and I was very grateful for his honesty and enlightenment. The next time I had a problem I used his services again and he was both knowledgeable and quick to make the repair. He is very open and helpful in telling you what needs to be done, giving you a receipt for the new part and giving you the old part. It's nice to have a local business that has so much expertise, honesty and efficiency. I highly recommend Oregon City Computers.
