5/26/18 I had a budget of about $50,000 for a system and had shopped here previously for select pieces. I was examining a turntable in a full unit set up and got blasted with a loud sound causing pain and ear ringing. Clerk accused me of turning on the equipment. I did't touch a damn thing. I don't need to be treated like that. Another member of our party saw the situation and the clerk had a remote in hand. Likely and unfortunately for me the last user must have listened at a high level and turned it until off. Done and will never come back. Past review...Our audiophile family shops here for great used equipment. My brother and nephew come down from the Olympia area - we live just east of Vancouver.
