Best Buy

I stopped by the store in the middle of the afternoon to look at Chromebooks. I was in the store for about 30 minutes looking at the display units and reading the specs. Not once did an employee ask if I had questions or needed help, they did occasionally walk around me so they could get back to their group and continue chatting, laughing, and doing the typical retail store goofing off. I should really thank those employees, because I checked Costco and they have better Chromebooks and the extended warranty is part of my membership. Thank you Best Buy!

Online is fine, store is crowded with stuffs that are fun to see/experience but necessary something to purchase... would like to see more educational toy stuff, especially Toyrus is out... want more toys...

One stop place for all electronics need. The geeks there are really helpful. Recently went there to get wireless charger for my new Samsung S9. They were very helpful in explaining each case , it's pros and cons. They even helped me with some doubts on my phone . I love going there and browsing through new electronic items

This kind of businesse is why I prefer to shop online. I needed help picking out a charger for my phone, I came in and was asked if I needed help. I said yes and the girl said "phone chargers are over there' then continued with the conversation she was having with the other 4 employees. The only advantage of buying here is not having to wait.

Decent inventory with top level prices. Unfortunately this is one of the few places that actually keeps a stock of the stuff you need to buy. Obviously don't take your computer to Geek Squad unless you want your private pictures shared with others.
